We stay in constant contact with our partners to ensure timely transportation. Once delivered, our services begin. Our industrial dryer is capable of withstanding up to 10,000lbs of hemp per hour. This is possible in part due to our heavy duty hemp grinder. The thing can chew up a car engine easily! 

HEMP EXTRACTION

There are various extraction methods for hemp. Our facility uses ethanol based extraction. This is a cost-effective, effectual approach for industrial efforts. This separates the beneficial compounds from plant matter, leaving behind rich oils. This system is on full-automation, eliminating all human contact during extraction. This is a preventative measure for possible contaminants.

Arbor Vita8’s facility is capable of processing 5,000lbs of biomass a day for oils. These can be broken down into full-spectrum and broad-spectrum distillates. The result is a profitable product packed with benefits. AV8 works with our partners to determine the exact plan for their needs.
